The breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed the homemade Georgian style food. the staff were welcoming and friendly with prompt attention to their guests' needs. the hotel is also conveniently located within a 30-minute walk to the city center. the hotel offers airport transfers.
One morning I did not have hot water; however, it did not affect my stay since it was only for a day.

Spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel in Tbilisi and it was truly amazing! The hotel was located in a good spot and it was easy to get to the city center for a great time shopping and eating. It felt safe even when I walked alone at night on the street and saw some bad building conditions in the area. The hotel staff was super nice and always there to help with anything I needed. I had a great breakfast with some delicious Georgian-style homemade food that made me feel at home.
I woke up one morning to find out that I didn't have hot water and that was not fun.
